Are you an experienced Line Leader in Fresh Produce who's tired of high turnover and "just being a number"?

If you've worked in Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing, you know the difference between a chaotic shift and a smooth one.

I'm currently partnering with a well-established Fresh Produce supplier that feels a bit different. This isn't a role where you'll be stood on the sidelines; it's a hands-on position for someone who actually enjoys the pace of a busy packhouse and prefers leading a team from the front.

What your week will look like

4-on, 4-off day shift (no nights!) and step into an energetic packhouse. As the Line Leader, you'll be responsible for your own line, ensuring the product going out the door hits the quality and safety standards the customers expect.

Daily, that looks like:

• Setting the pace: Getting your line set up correctly and hitting your KPIs without cutting corners.
• Managing the team: Leading a small group of operatives, keeping them motivated, and making sure everyone knows their job.
• The Essentials: Handling the production paperwork and hygiene tasks accurately.
• Problem-solving: Dealing with the usual production hiccups quickly so the shift stays on track.

What you'll need:

• Experience in a similar role (Line Leader or Machine Op) within FMCG/Fresh Produce.
• Food Safety & Health & Safety Level 2 (Essential).
• Good communication skills-you need to be able to talk to your team and the Shift Manager clearly.
• Reliable transport: The site isn't accessible via public transport for these shift times.
