Fresh Produce Team Leader

I am currently looking for a confident, hands‑on Team Leader to join a fresh produce operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading people, and knows how to get the best out of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team within a busy fresh produce environment

• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety

• Support planning, harvesting, grading, and packing activities

• Maintain high standards of product quality and hygiene

• Communicate effectively with management and wider operational teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven glasshouse experience - this is essential

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team

• Good understanding of fresh produce processes and quality standards

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable making decisions under pressure

• Reliable, positive, and committed to continuous improvement
