This business are looking for a junior Logistics Stock Controller to join the team, they are a FMCG distribution company with a small and close knit, supportive environment.

About you

• Experience organising transport in the UK
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Positive attitude
• Time management & ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work & Excel
• Experience in an FMCG is desireable but not essential

The role

To manage all UK transport requirements in and out of the Northolt warehouse and 3rd party warehouses. Ensuring all stock is entered on our system accurately and delivered to our customers at the right place, at the right time, in the best condition, at the lowest cost possible. Liaising with over 6 transport companies, organising daily inbound deliveries to 4 sites daily and numerous outbound deliveries with pallet networks, haulage companies, retailers backhauling systems and parcel delivery companies. Also, to provide general support to the Purchasing and Logistics Department.
