Are you a QA Manager in Soft Fruit looking for a new challenge?

The Client

Our client is an expert grower and packer of soft fruit, with farms across the UK and abroad. They pride themselves on research and development, breeding programmes and new growing technologies. They also continually look to protect the environment in all they do.

The Role

You will ensure sufficient and effective monitoring systems are in place so that all products packaged and dispatched meet customer specifications. You will manage all the QA and packhouse function enabling team KPI's to be met As well as regular individual and team meetings to drive forward efficiency's and better ways of working.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone with experience in Soft Fruit and in a similar position. Ability to prioritise and manage workload to deliver tight deadlines and an effective problem solver.
