Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and technical skills in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Experience with produce packing machinery.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the farming or agricultural industry is a plus.

What is the role?

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our farming equipment and machinery. This includes:

  • Conducting regular inspections.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Performing necessary repairs.
  • Ensuring all equipment operates at optimal levels.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to optimize processes and implement improvements.

This full-time, on-site role maintains our high-quality standards and ensures smooth operations in our produce packing facilities.
