About the Client

The business we are working with is a business that is leading the way in Premium products, within the packaging market. Currently going through an exciting journey, they are keen to develop their business and grow their product base.

About the Job

As Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee Production and Warehouse across a specific area of the business whilst meeting the highest standards. The position will have Shift Managers reporting into this position so you will be leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan, and promoting and encouraging the company values. A focus on Lean and CI will be expected from you also.

About the Candidate

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Manufacturing/Operations Manager coming from the food/FMCG sector with a preference for Food or Packaging expertise. It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your workload accordingly. It is also absolutely vital that you are not only an experienced people manager but have the ability to lead, influence, and advance a team effectively.
