They serve a wide variety of customers that range from independent retailers to well established, large food service / wholesale businesses.

About the Job

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a highly credible Wholesale Fruit Market Manager to join their team, a leader of people who has a track record of operational leadership and an ability to develop, shape and deliver future strategies with a keen eye for Health & Safety.

You will provide leadership to the incredible team and support to the other tenants / businesses located within the market.

You will have a collaborative and inclusive approach to working and have the skills to build strong relationships amongst key stakeholders the board, market tenants and customers. Ultimately providing an overseeing and all-encompassing management to the site and its inhabitants.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be Health & Safety qualified, have exceptional people management skills and a proven ability to work in a complex and diverse environment. You will also have successfully led a high performing team.
With a previous operational leadership background, coupled with strong commercial acumen, you will also have a proven record of P&L ownership and management.

You will have strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and be able to develop and promote a positive and forward-thinking culture of diversity and inclusion.
