We are currently working with a successful and growing food manufacturer who supply a superb standard of product to some of the country's premium supermarkets.

About the Job

As one of a team of Multi-Skilled Engineers, this role is key in assisting the Operations teams in achieving maximum productivity by minimising downtime through plant maintenance, repairs and improvement. Supports ongoing building maintenance to ensure the site remains a safe operating environment which meets the needs of the people working here.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a multi-skilled engineer (either bias' are welcome!) You will come from the food sector - either food manufacturing or a fresh produce processing environment.
What is essential is that you are a people person and enjoy interacting with people in your team and across the whole production. It is highly desirable that you come with some knowledge or experience of Lean/Six Sigma and or CI project work.
