About the Job

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will report to the Operations Manager. Within the agreed hours of work per week, the role will involve the day to day maintenance of all machinery and production lines, ensuring that all facilities and equipment comply with regulations. Further to the day to day maintenance and reactive breakdown repair work, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Owners to help develop improvements and PPM practices, ensuring maximum output and efficiency of all machinery.

The Ideal Candidate

It would be beneficial to have a proven track record as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a Food, Fresh Produce or Manufacturing environment. Flexibility around your working hours and days of work would be ideal as the business are not quite at the point of taking on a full-time employee. Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations is a must and the ability to consult and help a developing business find their feet and take them to their full potential
