Nestled in the heart of West Wales, our client takes pride in delivering top-quality, locally sourced produce to households across the UK and is on the search for a passionate and dynamic individual to join the team as a National Account Manager!
What You'll Do:
- Build Relationships: Forge and nurture strong connections with key national retail accounts.
- Drive Growth: Implement strategic account management to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.
- Report & Present: Keep senior management in the loop with insightful sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Negotiate: Craft contracts and agreements that boost profitability.
What They're Looking For:
- Retail: Proven experience in retail account management, especially in produce or FMCG.
- Communication: Stellar negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven: Sharp analytical skills to turn market trends into strategies.
Salary:
£50,000pa - £65,000pa
This is a hybrid position. You will be looking at 2-3 days a week in the office maximum.
