National Account Manager

You'll be managing major retail accounts, making commercial decisions that directly impact the bottom line and working with teams across the business to keep everything running smoothly - even when the pressure's on.

About the role

You'll take ownership of key Top 4 retail accounts, making sure the relationship is productive, profitable and long-lasting.

That includes:

- Negotiating pricing, promotions, and supply plans.

- Building strong customer relationships based on trust and delivery.

- Working closely with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to meet customer expectations.

- Keeping an eye on the market and spotting opportunities for growth or improvement.

- Supporting NPD and category development.

It's a role for someone who's happy to get stuck in, make decisions quickly and balance customer needs with commercial priorities.
