About the Job

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Supervisor to manage, develop and lead teams in the delivery of an operationally excellent production and warehouse facility in line with business requirements.

You will manage a small team during the night shift of 3 Team Leaders and circa 15 operatives across multiple areas; leading and developing continuous improvement activity in the delivery of quality, value safety and customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

They are looking for a solid Operations / Production Shift Manager, comfortable with doing permanent nights across 5 days out of 7. You will an experienced food professional with lots of enthusiasm, drive and diligence. Experience within the fresh produce or food processing / warehousing sector is essential.
