We are delighted to be working with the Brixworth Farming Company and their board of directors to help find a new Non-Executive Chairman for the business.
Brixworth Farming Company is a very innovative Joint-Venture farming organisation based in Northamptonshire. They manage the farming operations across a number of separate farms in the area covering over 2500 ha and grow a range of combinable crops. The current Chairman is retiring and we have been asked to help the company find an outstanding individual to replace him.
The right candidate will be a very experienced business person with excellent credibility and agricultural sector knowledge and will have significant main board involvement in their past roles. The role involves approx. 8 to 10 days per year plus regular telephone dialogue with the MD and shareholders and essentially is responsible for chairing the board meetings and helping the organisation stay focussed on it's strategic aims as well as to support the MD in his development.
