The right candidate will be a very professional and experienced leader with excellent knowledge of, and contacts within, the food sector.

We are looking for a very charismatic and driven character with excellent commercial skills and experience of leading a food business through dramatic growth.

The client is based in the Midlands but hope to have sites throughout the UK and need someone who can be reasonably hands on in the short term and help the client build and develop the management team as well as to help secure additional funding for the business.
