Our client is a very progressive agri-food business. They have been established for over 40 years and are extremely well regarded in their field.

We have been asked to help them recruit a new Independent Non Executive Director for their board.

1. The successful candidate will have excellent food supply chain knowledge and a real empathy with farming and agriculture.
2. They will be an experienced Non Executive Director with significant main board experience and have served as a senior director for a company
3. Successful track record of growing a commercial organisation AND very strong communication skills
4. We are open to the actual background of the candidate but would love to speak to talented people with financial credentials as well as individuals with broader GM/MD/CEO experience.
5. Time commitment…varies from approx. 10 days to 20 depending on the successful candidates experiences as our client may well want the individual to sit on one or more of their Board committees
