This role doesn't come about very often. The current Nursery Manager is retiring after over 30 years in the business, so you'll be joining a strong functioning team.

What's the Role?
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting in the growing across a 4-acre protected growing site.

You will be supervising a small team and ensuring the day-to-day operation is efficient.

Working closely with the Director and owner of the business, you'll have all the support you need to make sure you succeed

Crop growth will form a key part of your role, and you will be responsible for ensuring pests and diseases, irrigation and climate are tightly monitored.

What will you have?
We are looking for someone with spray qualifications and experience on a commercial nursery.

You will understand the pressures within the industry and be keen to play your part.

Who are they?
We are working with an expert family business that specialises in the production of bedding, perennials, and ornamental plants.

They produce over 40 million plants a year supplying to Garden Centres, other growers, and local authorities.
