This nursery is part of a small group of garden centres, with the family feel still at heart.

As a Nursery Manager, you'll be managing a team of 6 to grow quality plants in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

On the people side, you'll be managing the coordination, training, and coaching of your team to ensure they're the best they can be.

On the plants side, you'll be coordinating production plans, managing crop protection and general day-to-day activities.

You'll be liaising closely with a knowledgeable and passionate buyer, to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

You'll also get to see your hard work in the garden centre next door and see the customers you continue to make happy.
