You get to run this site autonomously.

The person you report into is only on site once a week, so when they say autonomy, they mean it.

What's the role?

You'll be the person who gets turned to for support. With a team of 6 to manage, it'll keep you busy. This goes up to roughly 15 in peak, but you'll be used to this.

You will be managing the production of a 10-acre glasshouse site.

This will be from seed through to sale. Organising the irrigation, pest and disease monitoring, crop planning and harvest.

You will be making sure you have the resources available to do what you need.

What do I need?

You'll need experience working in a commercial nursery, as this busy operation will need someone who knows what they're doing.

You'll have your PA1 and PA6. They grow a mixture of crops, so we're open on what you've grown in the past.

You might already be a nursery manager, or you might be a supervisor who is ready to take a step up - either way we want to hear from you.
