About the Job

You will be looking to develop into the role, with the opportunity to lead a small Warehouse Team of Operatives, picking, packing, and collating orders for customers. You will help ensure high productivity of the picking and packing process whilst ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed correctly.

You will make sure all stock locations throughout your area of operations, are maintained. You will have a continual strive to control and improve the different aspects of the Warehouse. You will be leading by example, managing the daily work plan, Stock management, Picking, Employee training, and development.

This role will suit someone with the right drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment. With a can-do attitude, you will take pride in motivating the team, with a contagious passion for your work being paramount. You will need to have the flexibility to adapt, with the mentality to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in across the business wherever needed.
