This is an excellent opportunity to join the Operations team within a successful and well-respected fresh produce business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product.

About our client

They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and oversee a busy fresh produce site for a period of six months.

About the role

You will be responsible for all fresh site operations, leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging the company's values. A focus on delivering continuous improvement within all production areas of the fresh division whilst ultimately meeting production requirements on time and in full.

The ideal candidate

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Production / Operations Manager coming from the fresh produce sector.

It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your workload accordingly.
