We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic chilled fresh food business with an excellent reputation for producing a superb standard of product. They are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager with excellent leadership ability to manage all aspects of production; ensuring goods are finished to specification and cost.

They are looking for an Operations professional with excellent communication ability with natural people skills to support and influence a wide range of people.

You will be committed to promoting a safe working culture, managing the standards, being the dedicated provision on-site driving the safety culture and best practice, including behavioural aspects of Health & Safety, Operations and Continuous Improvement.

It is essential that you are a manager with a proven track record of Production / Operations within a fresh produce or fresh food manufacturing environment, knowledge of lean methods and comes with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
