Operations Manager | Fresh Food

This is a unique opportunity to lead the Operations team at an exciting new concept using highly innovative technology to grow and supply fresh produce to the UK retail sector.

They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and very resilient Operations Manager lead and oversee a busy facility.

You will be responsible for all fresh site operations, leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging values. A focus on delivering continuous improvement within all production areas whilst ultimately meeting production requirements on time and in full.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Production / Operations Manager coming from the fresh produce processing sector. It is highly desirable that you have glasshouse experience.

It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your work load accordingly.
