About the Job

As Operations Manager, you will report to the Operations/Site Director, and oversee the smooth running of the production facility, ensure orders and throughput are maximised. Within this position, there will be an element of liaising between teams, communicating with the harvest team and farm manager to ensure forecasts are in place to ensure an efficient and optimised supply chain.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience working in a Fresh Produce business, working closely with harvest teams. You will have a can-do attitude, where you are keen and able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in throughout the business where and when needed. You will have experience managing a team of individuals previously and understand the issues and challenge's faced with the fast-paced environment that is Fresh Produce.
