Are you an experienced retail supervisor looking for your next challenge?

We're working with a well-established garden centre group, renowned for quality and service, to find a motivated supervisor to lead their Outdoor Leisure & Christmas Department.

The role

You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the department, from outdoor furniture and leisure ranges to seasonal Christmas displays. Responsibilities include stock management, merchandising, promotions, and ensuring the department delivers an outstanding customer experience. You'll also lead and support a small team, keeping standards high throughout busy seasonal periods.

The ideal candidate

You'll have proven supervisory retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for merchandising. Experience in outdoor leisure or Christmas retail would be a bonus, but a passion for these products and the drive to deliver results are what really matter.
