About the Job

Looking to speak to superb Production / Packhouse Managers with extensive fresh food expertise with strong strategic AND hands-on management skills. There will be a real focus to improve and get the best out of their committed team. You will lead the operational objectives of the packhouse, managing the team and ensuring the smooth and cost-efficient running of the Packhouse team.

The Ideal Candidate

As mentioned, you will have an excellent track record of managing fresh food facilities with knowledge of transformation, change and improving efficiencies. It would be fantastic if you had experience of Lean and CI, perhaps a Green or Yellow Belt or on your way to achieving one.
