The role

Looking for a strong Packhouse Manager to strengthen the existing team and take control of the entire production operation. Look after all 30 full time staff as well as seasonal agency, including training, hiring and KPI management. You will report into the Director so the level of autonomy is high.

About you

• 5 years minimum in a similar role
• Fresh Produce experience
• Strong leader
• Have previously managed an entire Packhouse operation
• Live locally
• Ambitious and high calibre manager
