The role

Delivery of daily packing plan ensuring all orders are packed to customer specification within agreed time restraints and KPIs. Control resources and remove excess labour in line with fluctuating packing volume.

About you

• 3 years of experience working within a production facility
• Understanding of Fresh Produce quality expectations
• Interpersonal skills
• Understanding of ERP systems
• Experience leading a team in a production setting
