About The Role
This role is part time and expected to be between 20 - 30 hours a week. In this position, you'll be providing administrative support to the wider business by being responsible for various duties and office procedures. You'll be expected to consistently update and maintain internal systems, issue any relevant documentation, diary management, manage all facility needs and ensure any additional day-to-day tasks are undertaken and completed efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to have previous experience within an administrative/office setting as our client is looking for someone who is organised with a keen eye for accuracy. Experience in managing other people would be essential as you'll be assisting in the onboarding process of new hires. Good communication skills both verbal and written are a must, as you'll be responsible for most contact between various internal and external staff and visitors
