About the job

In this role you will be overseeing the operation of the Plant Area (which includes shrubs), this includes the people as well as the plants. Making sure that stock is full and correct, while also making sure the staff putting it out are full of knowledge and positive energy. Managing the team to provide the best here is a must, they are your team.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will come from a horticulture background and also have management experience from a large area. You need to be able to manage different personalities while also training and developing them to have high levels of knowledge which leads to high customer service levels.
