You are a knowledgeable plant enthusiast who is driven to develop your career further. You have either spent time working in and assisting in a Plant Area or managing the running of a Plant Area but are now looking for that next step.

What will I be doing?

This role is not going to be like a Plant Area Manager anywhere else in the industry, we mean it when we say no two days are the same.

As Plant Area Manager you will be assisting in the running of the outdoor area of the Garden Centre which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. Making sure that all the stock is clearly on show with pricing, mixed with replenishment and merchandising. You will also deputise when the Centre Manager is absent.

You'll already be working in a plant area. You might be a supervisor ot a manager who needs a bigger challenge or a senior horticulturist who wants to take a step up, either way, we want to hear from you!
