Location: North London

About the Role
We're looking for a Plant Area Supervisor to join a large, well-established garden centre with a strong reputation for quality plants and excellent customer service. This role will support the management of the plant department, working closely with the Plant Area Manager to maintain high standards across both indoor and outdoor plants.
You'll play a key role in maintaining the department, supporting planning and visual merchandising, and ensuring the plant area remains well presented, commercially strong and inspiring for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the indoor and outdoor plant departments.
- Maintain excellent plant care, stock management and merchandising standards.
- Assist with department planning, layout changes and seasonal displays.
- Lead and organise the plant team, ensuring strong customer service at all times.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and visually appealing retail environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong horticultural knowledge and genuine passion for plants.
- Experience working within a garden centre or horticultural retail environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high plant standards.
- Someone proactive who enjoys working as part of a busy retail team.
