Product Manager | Development | South Lincolnshire

Due to continuous business growth, we are seeking a Product Manager / Development Technologist to join a leading food processing business. Working closely with the Innovation Manager, you will help to deliver best in class product innovation to deliver winning customer product presentations.

Your responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for taking a brief or an idea and developing this into a mix that will form a tasty product.

You'll access new raw materials coming through and work on specifications.

This Product Development role will be predominately lab/kitchen based and it is up to you to manage this space.

You'll also attend customer presentations and meetings as required.

Ensuring that NPD projects are kept on track.

Your skills:

You'll have a proven track record of working in NPD and be passionate about food.

Good creative, problem solving and analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

You'll be proactive, happy to use your own initiative and a strong decision-maker.
