If you have been working in fresh produce for a while and feel it is time to step up and add direction to your career, this may well be the next step for you. My client is a large supplier of fresh produce and is looking to add a motivated and passionate technical product quality manager to their team.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Technical Product Quality Manager, you will responsible for product allocations, stock management and product quality. Deliver on performance targets of waste, quality, service, yield, and profitability. You will be required to liaise between the packhouse team and buying team, so effective communication is essential.


The Candidate

Ideally, you will already be in some sort of Senior QA or QC role within fresh produce ideally having fruit and ripening experience and looking for the next step up.
You need to be able to adapt quickly to change and grasp any new responsibility given to you as this is a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment.
Full UK driving licence and car.

Salary is DOE
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Weekends on a rota, time off in lieu
