Our client is a specialist fresh produce business based in Kent. A business founded around 100 years ago, this long-standing, family-owned business is a business to be involved with.

About the Job

Reporting into the Production Supervisor this role involves leading a small team of Line operatives, to ensure all produce is efficiently and effectively taken through the production process. You will be responsible for ensuring produce quality is maintained alongside ensuring the safe use of the equipment.

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Production process. Experience in Fresh Produce would be ideal, however, experience in Food or FMCG would be considered. Understanding of Health and Safety is essential. Safe working practices must be observed. You must be able to engage with a diverse team, making sure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Good communication is essential.
