What you'll be doing:

This production manager will be in charge of the whole abattoir onsite and packaging for all retail products made, you will lead a team of supervisors across different areas within the facility directly responsible for their personal development and ensuring production levels and standards are maintained.

You will be working directly with the MD tackling any issues that may be encountered and actively working to improve the culture and create an environment of Continuous Improvement. This opportunity will allow for you to further develop your skills allowing for greater progression within your career opening up countless opportunities.

What you'll need:

* Previous meat industry experience will be essential, Abattoir experience is desirable.
* A people-focused approach to improving operational excellence.
* A proven background in implementing Lean manufacturing processes.
* A positive growth mindset and ability to create change within a working environment
