This is an excellent opportunity to join the Operations team within a successful and well respected Fresh Cut Flowers Business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product to the online market.

They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on Operations Packhouse/Production Manager to support the busy function of the Operations Manager in a range of tasks.

As well as effectively supporting to supervise the production and operation to meet cost and customer service levels you will also manage the sales forecasting / MRP system, check invoices and updating spreadsheets and data onto the MRP system.

This is a 50/50 office/warehouse based role, you will be expected to spend time in all departments in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of stock management, the quality control process and order production.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced packhouse/production/manufacturing professional coming from the Flowers, Fresh produce or Food industries
