As a production planner, you will be in charge of the planning of production and labour and ensuring the constant levels of materials required for all stages of production. The role also includes a large amount of forecasting looking at previous trends to get a better understanding of what the levels of demand are likely to be in the future and how the business must adapt if required to accommodate further growth.

To be successful youll need the following:

* Previous experience in a planning role within a FMCG business.
* Strong Communication Skills.
* An analytical mind with the ability to solve problems.
* A high level of computer literacy.
* An understanding of CI methods such as Lean Manufacturing.
