About The Job

As Production Shift Manager you will be responsible for the running and development of the manufacturing area, maintaining the performance of the production teams. As always, performance management is vital, including Health & Safety, KPI's and continued improvement. Another vital aspect of this position is the day-to-day upholding of the business values and ethos.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal individual will come with strong experience in a food manufacturing environment, being able to bring knowledge and skills from this experience, whilst also the ability to work strategically to gain the buy-in and develop an exciting team. Experience in Health & Safety is vital, along with the ability to manage performance within budgetary targets.
