Production Supervisor | Food | Nottingham

Salary up to £32k
Hours: Varying hours available

This business produces prepared fruit and vegtables to a range of both retail and commercial customers. They are growing and want an ambitious person to join the team and grow with them.

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.

It is essential that you are a proven manager/supervisor who has a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
