About Our Client

We are working with a processor and packer of high-quality own label and branded meats.

About the Job

Reporting into the Group Technical Manager you will manage the site QMS and HACCP systems, lead, coach and develop the technical team, and you will take ownership and lead the site BRC, and maintain grade A status. You will ensure QA and QC procedures are implemented, audited and maintained. You will Liaise with customers and external authorities.

The Ideal Candidate

This will suit an experienced QA Manager. You will have a good understanding of food manufacturing, the ability to lead a team, experience of BRC and leading audits, you will have HACCP and Food Safety qualification.
