About the Client

Our client is an exciting business that is one of Europe's leading fresh produce companies that supply most of the major retailers within UK.

About the Job

As a QA manager you will be passionate about delivering the best produce to our customers and will be reporting into the Technical Manager. You will be managing a team of QAs and ensure all products are in line with quality, safety and legislation requirements as well as customer specifications.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have excellent communication skills that will enable you to liaise with customers during customer visits and also work well as a part of a team. You need to have previous food industry experience and understand the quality assurance requirements including HACCP. You will have excellent people management skills - having the ability to influence the team and drive them to succeed.
