Our Client

We are working with an outstanding and innovative business who are going through an exciting period of growth in the last year. They currently supply excellent quality product into some of the UK's major supermarkets.

The Role

Ensure adherence to all food safety standards and legislation to meet internal and external requirements with particular emphasis on BRC accreditation and including implementation and development of the company Quality and Food Safety Management System. To lead, motivate and develop the Quality Department with the Technical Manager. Conduct weekly and monthly GMP Audit reporting accordingly.

The Candidate

My client is looking for a Quality Manager with solid Technical experience and a lean towards NPD that will help bridge the gap between management of Food safety and developing high quality, safe products to their customers. Looking for someone who has the ability to manage Quality, but also complete administration tasks until the team grows. This person must have proven experience in Chilled High-care & High -Risk production environments supplying major supermarkets.
