Join a well established fresh produce business supplying major UK retailers. We're looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead daily fruit packing operations and maintain the highest product quality standards. This is on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the vital link between production and the Commercial, Procurement, Technical, and QA teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily fruit packing and ensure production runs efficiently
• Maintain and monitor product quality to meet customer and compliance standards
• Ensure full product traceability and support audits with documentation
• Collaborate across teams including Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Technical
• Support health & safety, food safety, and hygiene protocols in the packing area
• Drive quality improvements, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Strong product knowledge across a variety of fruit types
• Proven experience in fruit packing operations and cost-effective production
• Knowledge of supplier due dilligence
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to seasonal changes and customer demands
