This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential Southeast territory, growing established customers while developing new opportunities across a diverse account base. No two days are the same - fence panels one meeting, posh sheds the next!
The Role
As Regional Sales Executive, you will:
Manage and grow existing Trade & Garden Centre accounts.
Build strong commercial relationships - long-term partnership selling.
Achieve sales targets across a wide account base - you won't get bored.
Ensure product ranges, POS and merchandising are on point in store.
Work closely with National Accounts to support activations and campaigns.
Keep CRM and reporting up to date - planning your own diary effectively.
Attend occasional shows, sales meetings, and trade events throughout the year.
You'll be supported by a highly experienced leadership team, strong marketing department, and office-based colleagues who help keep things moving.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in Builders' Merchants OR Garden Centre channels.
A natural communicator with solid negotiation skills.
Organised and commercially aware - can manage volume accounts effectively.
Confident presenting products and solutions to trade customers.
Self-motivated with the drive to hit targets and boost territory performance.
Open to learning; full training provided on products and systems.
