About Our Client

Our client is looking at new ways to tackle pests in the agricultural and farming industries. Their mission is to provide products that can spot these pests early on, to minimise damage. To support the development of these products, we are looking for an R&D Technician to join their team.

About the Role

Working closely with a small team around you, you will support in running experiments/trials with both live insects and chemicals. You will analyse the data, building prototypes with state-of-the-art lab equipment and then take these trials out into the field, both in the UK and abroad.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone with a qualification in entomology or related sciences and who has a real interest in working in a lab-based environment. You will be working closely with insects on a regular basis, so previous knowledge of some form is desirable.
