About our client:-
We are working with a very highly regarded design and manufacturing business who have experienced phenomenal growth over the last few years. They are coming into their next growth phase which has been made possible by significant investment in a European packing facility which significantly increases their design and production capabilities. They have signed an exclusive 5 year agreement with a major Dutch retailer and are looking for a Dutch speaking Account Manager to handle the day to day interactions.

About the role:-
You will be working closely with the Senior Management team and will be tasked with delivering a high level of service to the retailers. You will take the lead on Dutch retail relationships, with a longer term view to look at other European retailers they can work with longer term. You will be liaising with Buyers and Design teams to ensure they have all the help they need.

The Ideal Candidate:-
They are working with Kwantum and Leen Bakker but they aren't expecting people to have experience with these 2 as it is very niche. However you will need to be fluent in Dutch and have good retail experience, but the overall industry experience is open. The business don't micromanage and offer a lot of autonomy to do the job well. But you will need to know when to ask for help. The business has a great office in Oakham but have a hybrid policy so you wouldn't need to be there 5 days a week. There would be a fair amount of travel with the role, but Covid has opened the channels for virtual meetings in a more real way which has helped reduce this.
