The role

You'll be responsible for predominantly Valuation and CPO work.

• You'll be based out of our Lincoln office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
• Analytical, confident, articulate in communication and argument.
• Valuation: Application of Best Practice Standards Manual.
• Understanding of basic tax law.
• Demonstrate understanding of basic CPO procedure and process.
• Demonstrate good understanding of landlord and tenant relationships, legislation and best practice guidance.
• Develop skills of negotiation, and demonstrate good knowledge skills to client.
