Rural Estate Management Surveyor

Job description

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in rural property/estate management with good communication skills
  • MRICS qualification (preferably 3-4 years plus) and experience in delivering advice across various asset classes
  • FAAV and RICS Registered Valuer status desirable
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, generate new opportunities, and manage complex workloads
  • Experience in managing teams and developing talent

Role Responsibilities:

You'll know the type of work this role would entail, but in short, you'll:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with estate management clients
  • Oversee landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties
  • Manage financial matters and provide reporting on budgeting and performance
  • Provide practical advice to clients and identify diversification projects
