Rural Estate Management Surveyor
Job description
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in rural property/estate management with good communication skills
- MRICS qualification (preferably 3-4 years plus) and experience in delivering advice across various asset classes
- FAAV and RICS Registered Valuer status desirable
- Ability to build relationships with clients, generate new opportunities, and manage complex workloads
- Experience in managing teams and developing talent

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day relationships with estate management clients
- Oversee landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties
- Manage financial matters and provide reporting on budgeting and performance
- Provide practical advice to clients and identify diversification projects
