Looking for a diverse role in Estate Management set in a stunning location?

This could be your opportunity to build upon an existing body of work and develop further clients and contacts. You'll cover a wide variety of estate management in a forward-thinking way giving you exposure to the variety of work.

What can I expect?

You'll be managing the daily operations rural estates and property, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities such as natural capital, diversification opportunities, renewables and leisure and tourism activities. You'll also handle landlord-tenant matters, asset maintenance and refurbishment and build strong rapport with colleagues, clients, tenants, contractors and suppliers.

Importantly, you'll be the primary point of contact for day-to-day matters directly with the estate owners, so you'll have responsibility and leadership on the management of the estate.

What do I need?

As a rural surveyor, you'll be MRICS qualified and have previous experience in land management operations at a day-to-day level. You'll be organised and driven on delivering results and be able to deal with conflict and provide resolution.

Where will I be working?

The successful candidate will join the rural team alongside 12 other staff members including Estate Management, Rural Professional and Architecture and Building Surveying. You'll be working across the picturesque Cornwall with stunning landscapes and diverse culture.
