We are looking for someone to join a growing team in the Cambridge area predominantly caring for retained clients
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful firm of chartered surveyors who are seeking a rural surveyor to join their growing team based in the Cambridgeshire area. You will be joining a friendly, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture with the ability to progress within the company.
This role is to focus on estate management with 75% of your time with retained clients. The opportunity has arisen because of a growing client base and to take the load of the rest of the team. The office has an excellent mix of personalities and experience. With support from the director, you will be able to grow your skillset and career.
Working with longstanding clients there is an immediate body of work for you to pick up with a fully supported handover to ensure your long-term success.
With a structured career plan, there is a real opportunity to progress within the company with wider specialisation available if interested.

The Ideal Candidate
With a couple of years post qualification experience, you are likely to be looking for your next step. You will be interested in working on the classic estate management work but with the support of a modern and forwarding thinking company.
You will have the confidence to gain trust with, and inspire clients, maintain good relationships, be self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work within a team as well as independently
